I applied online. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Denver, CO) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied for the interview, and had a phone interview with several individuals from the company. I was asked several questions on the phone, and then was asked to come for an in person interview. I interviewed with several different groups and met with the whole team with whom I would be working with.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation in Mar 2024
Interview
The process is a three month step, you get intterviewd with locals, than the Colorado team, after that you receive a job offer letter. Procedure is pretty straight forward and simple.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kiewit Corporation (Denver, CO) in Sept 2021
Interview
A 20 minute screening with HR, followed by 1 hour discussion with management staff and another 1 hour discussion with the senior team. The process took approximately 3 weeks. The effort spent preparing for this interview was extremely disappointing compared to the offer, which was the lowest one I received to date. I was also asked to reapply to a smaller role prior to receiving the offer, which threw me off even more. If the company does this prior to negogiation, you can only imagine what will happen 1 or 2 years in during performance reviews. The position was advertised as stressful by the team members but this did not correlate with the salary. I would advice all engineers from large multi-national design firms to save your time and stay away from this place.
