Pretty much same questions as mentioned in glassdoor by other candidates. It seemed that they did want to reduce the turnover rate of stall and keep the people staying in the position/company.

Interview
Nice and easy two rounds. Not too much focus on technical. Mainly to see your personality. No need to be to worry about it. Smooth and efficient. Got 1 hr interview + 2 rounds and offer within 3 weeks of applying.
Overall an easy process. Had a phone screening and then went to an interview onsite followed by tour of yard. Talked to three different interviewers. The company hosted me with a paid for car and hotel.
