It was pretty straightforward. They asked about my past experience and core values. I think they hire based on resumes and recommendations from people within the organization. It is not too difficult of an interview.

The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.

One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
