They came to my schools career fair, It was straightforward and nice, they asked good questions and were very transparent about the work. Sent me an offer and I accepted.

Interview
Initial contact was at a College Career Fair. Kiewit recruiters were very easy to talk to and took my resume. I was contacted a few weeks later by email and ask to complete an online digital interview through HireVue. The video interview was fairly straightforward and I was able to complete it on my own time. The practice questions are a good idea to start with. I also completed a phone interview so their HR could get a better feel for my desired position within the company. Within another few weeks I was asked to travel to Lenexa where they are located to conduct a final interview with a few department managers who were looking for new hires for specific positions. They paid for all my expenses and a nice dinner the night before. I was impressed with their professionalism and how organized the whole process was. They made the whole experience as laid back as possible while still being extremely professional. I am currently awaiting an offer.

Question 1
Most of the questions were fairly standard but they did ask me what made me want to pursue a career in engineering. One of the engineers i spoke with told me his best advice was to know or have a good idea as to what I wanted to do for Kiewit instead of just telling them what they wanted to hear. They want to make sure you are a good fit for them but also that they are a good fit for you.
