Company was not as organized when it came to scheduling the interviews. After providing availability, the person handling the scheduling said he will confirm availability of the other interviewers but forgot to confirm the actual interview date/time. It happened with both interviews - seems like they need constant follow-ups. The in-person interview took place 10 minutes after the scheduled time because they could not locate the other interviewers in the office. You'd think it was on their calendars but perhaps it wasn't based on how unorganized the whole process was.
