After receiving the notice, I went to their company for an interview. The interviewer wanted to know my previous work experience, asked why I chose Kikkoman, and introduced Kikkoman Company and the responsibilities of this job. The interviewer sent me away very politely.

It is straight forward, a few discussions with different members. They ask about your background. At one point they could give a test to check your knowledge abit hygiene monitoring .Be honest.
