I applied online. I interviewed at Kilo™ (Vilnius) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was the worst interview experience I’ve had. They promised several times to reach out with updates and didn’t get back on time. We have also agreed on one thing in the first (HR) interview—the remote/office days ratio—and then they changed their mind after the entire process (HR interview, live coding/technical session, and all the waiting).
They advertise a remote job opportunity (even for people abroad), yet they want someone in the office. Then why even have that job posting? Why make someone waste their time and health? It seems very unprofessional and inhumane to me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about past work projects. Lots of theory, like React component lifecycle; virtual DOM; React hooks; throttle/debounce; HTTP request methods etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kilo™ (Vilnius) in Jan 2022
Interview
The conversation went smoothly. The answers were heard. I had the opportunity to share my work experience without much tension, and later moved on to questions about my hobbies. The interesting question was "what fact about you might surprise your friends." This question is still in my mind :)
