When you meet all the required qualifications for a role, it's a really bad look to see that role newly reposted on LinkedIn mere moments before receiving a form rejection that says: "At this time, we have had a tremendous response to our Director of Brand & Creative Services opportunity and have decided to pursue other applicants; we hope our transparency saves you time and waiting throughout your process." If you're reposting the role, you do NOT have qualified candidates in the pipeline. But if you're not even screening qualified candidates, your recruiting process needs fixing.
