Applied in store with my resume and was also asked to fill out an application form with your available time and days you are able to work. After that, I was given the chance to interview right away.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kin's Farm Market (Langley, BC) in July 2017
Interview
I just asked to see the manager, ask them if i could work here and hand them my resume.
they read it and then hired me on the spot and asked me some questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If someone gave you a $20 bill to pay $19.60, how many quarters, dimes, and or nickels would you return to them? (I never learned how to cashier so I had to go home and learn how to give back change)
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kin's Farm Market in June 2016
Interview
Went in-person at the store with my resume, met the manager, was asked to fill out an application with emphasis on availability. There was no real interview. Since I was applying for a cashier position, I was given an inventory list to memorize and must pass a PLU code test before I could start job training.
