Kinaxis IT Project Manager interview questions

The interview process was in 2 stages, first the phone in interview and then an in-person interview with 2 people both stages went pretty well and I was quite confident I'd aced it, then I received an invite for another interview to meet with some VP and after that....silence, some more silence.....then HR finally reached out to say they went with another person, I appreciated the mail and asked to get some feedback on the interview so as to improve in future but never got any feedback from HR. This was 2 years ago. The person who eventually got the job must have left because after 3 months the role was up again.
