Recruiter call, hiring manager interview, chat with peer. I was told the entire process would be ~3 weeks, and both hiring manager and recruiter confirmed I should hear back a few days after the final interview. It took three weeks following completing the entire interview process to be notified that I didn't get the role, and none of the three follow ups requesting a status update during that time were acknowledged.
