Kinaxis User Experience Designer interview questions

The interview was very professional and well structured. There were a series of interviews that provided me exact expectations in terms of what to present and what types of questions I could expect, also provided great flexibility and level of comfort to show individuality, ask questions, and engage in more of a conversational style of discussion rather than formal question/answer.
