Kind Hospitality interview questions

Had two interview's with kind hospitality. Than two weeks later received call back from Kind Hospitality stating they will be sending over the offer letter for the position and also requested that I come in the following day to meet the other new management. Which I do and then once again was informed I will receive the offer letter later that day. Well it's now been 5 days and have yet to receive offer letter or even a response to me following up in regards to it. Not very professional way to operate a corporation in my opinion.
