Interview
I applied online and took a personality test. I was supposed to have a phone interview 2 weeks ago, she never called. Emailed me randomly a week later and asked me to come in for an interview. She didn’t seem prepared, could find the resume I sent to her. Questions were all over the place and nothing about the job I applied for.
The assistant interview was very straight forward. got back to me in a reasonable time frame. Overall the interview lasted less than an hour and they gave me a tour of the building the same day.
Interview was very easy. Got a response back within days. Initial interview by a hiring manager then interview with center director, got hired the same day. Took about two weeks.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Bristow, VA)
Interview
long, multiple times coming in. Often working during those times alone, learning certain things and asking questions. Sometimes staying a whole day working with another teacher. Often floated around difrerent rooms to get a gauge of what the center was like
