I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers
Interview
I applied online for a number of different Director positions and received an email for each. The emails were vague and didn't tell me which site the interviews were for (I wanted to know because some of the cities were more desirable than others). I asked the person I was in contact with and he refused to tell me. Even so, I set up a phone interview for one of the positions the following day. I prepared all night and woke up very early the next day for final preparations.
The scheduled time came...and passed. I waited two hours and the interviewer never called. Haven't heard a think since.
I haven't heard from them at all.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Raleigh, NC) in June 2025
Interview
Speak with the recruiter, then the district manager will schedule a zoom call, and perhaps the regional manager is the final step in the screening process (depending on the area of the country you live in).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about how you would manage multiple high priority deadlines, fluid workflows and cross departmental expectations, while operating a functional and safe center.
I applied online. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Arlington Heights, IL) in Sept 2023
Interview
Find us on indeed or through our website. After a phone screening, we will offer a face to face interview session. Meet the team and tour the center. We seek 3 references and you must complete an online assessment prior to hiring.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers in July 2021
Interview
Got back to me quickly after I sent in my application. The interview was over the phone and lasted about an hour. It was more basic get-to-know-you questions and a lot of conversation about the role and office culture.
