Kindred AI interview questions

Phone call with Director, talked about experience. Then one round with an SDET and Mechanical engineer and another round with another SDET and Engineering Manager. No leetcode just questions about my experience and software in general, very conversational.

Very disorganized interview process and poor communication. Questions asked during the interview were vague and felt like interviewers did not have anything prepared. After the final interview round there was no follow up. No feedback provided simply ignored.
