brief email and call followed by a 30 minute video interview. Very standard questions: asked about experience, etc.
She followed up with a job description then 'ghosted' me - ignored two messages over the following month. Not so much as a 'Sorry, you didn't get the job'.

Needed to provide 5 interview questions and reasons for each one, reply to an email about pushing start date back and explain reasoning for reply and finally needed to complete market research for 3 separate HR systems (you need to find your own) and outline each one then provide reasoning for the one you would select
