Interview
First face to face interview was canceled by Kinetix within 90 minutes of the time it was to occur. Things happen thus I did not take it personally. The interview was rescheduled early in the morning due to my schedule and occurred. Panel interview. Cordial and positive conversation and questions. Interview ended and never heard another word nor received any sort of communication whatsoever as to my status or of the position. That's called poor candidate experience which doesn't match the image that Kinetix portrays. Match your actions/business practices with your rhetoric.
At the end of my interview, I asked the interviewer how diverse is the company and recruiting team? The interviewer answered, I love the culture here and stopped and said that’s a really good question and begin laughing and started to repeat things about the company that she had initially told me which didn’t answer the question and ended it by saying “Does that answer your question?”. I actually gave her another opportunity to clean it up, I said your company and more specifically the recruiting team how diverse is it? You know race, genders, age gaps etc… She answered “Ohhh we have people from all over and in different states and begin to name the states” By the end of the day I received a rejection letter, Trust me after that question I didn’t want to move forward anyway. I went to their LinkedIn page and the company is not diverse at all. My fault, I should’ve done my homework before applying. Word of advice, please educate your recruiters on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Interview
After getting through their assessment and face to face interviews, I would say it is pretty straight forward. Not only do you need to have the technical acumen to do the job effectively, but they are really big on culture fit. If you are coming from a corporate environment, I wouldn't recommend going in there all rigid.
