I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at King County Bar Association (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Phone interview was brief and just asked about my previous experience. Had one in-person interview with the team. They had a short list of questions pertaining to how I would handle certain situations and just trying to gage if I would be a good fit. I sent a thank you email and followed up again the following week. They told me later that following up is what set me apart from the others they had interviewed.

I applied online. I interviewed at King County Bar Association (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Interesting interview. I had passed the phone interview, and had a panel interview with three woman. Two seemed to like me, and the other seemed to dislike for some strange reason? I'm not sure if it's because I'm not in the legal field or not? The questions did seem to be also from a interview book.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at King County Bar Association (Seattle, WA) in June 2014
Interview
Initial phone call screening followed up with an in-person interview. The phone call questions were literally read from a sheet of paper -the screened commented on how strange they were- and the in-person interview was informal, with the direct supervisor and associate director. The in-person interview took an hour not because of the number of questions, but because the direct supervisor was really chatty.
