Loved the vibe here, no-nonsense questions. Straight to the point questions regarding my work. They looked into my creative portfolio and gave me a few designs with a round of conceptualization.

Question 1
Asked me to conceptualize a creative for a famous clothing brand
Gave me three days to work on that same design and get back to them and they hired me on the spot. Pretty cool, chilled out people. I love how close-knit everyone is here with no politics or ego drama.

Interview
They judged me on the basis of my creativity, online awareness, past work done(not much) and asked me to work on a test campaign on the same day.
There were just 2 rounds. 1st round was to check my skill sets and 2nd was with the CEO. CEO is a super cool guy and asked me questions about my previous work and why/how I got into Online Marketing.
