Interview

Interview
2 stages within one week. The first interview was quite normal with the would be manager and seemed to be the type of place you would see yourself working. 2nd stage I could only describe as an interrogation by the two owners of the company. This personality interrogation was cleverly disguised as an interview to ensure they "get the right fit" for their close knit team. Several personal and intrusive questions were asked. No way to conduct a interview for a business that probably wishes to be taken seriously in the media world.
