I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kingsmen Software in Mar 2023
Interview
This was the most unprofessional interview I have come across as there was no interview. I was simply emailed a list of questions and given the following instructions: "You are required to email back your answers to me today as soon as you can." Kingsmen was not even willing to dedicate 15-30 minutes to chat to discuss the role, which definitely put me off. If this company is only interested in making one-sided demands and isn't willing to respect it's employees/future employees, this is not the company for me.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kingsmen Software (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2022
Interview
One Interview, then I took their 90 min coding assessment. It was a complete waste of time. I told them I was wanting to mostly work remote. The guy misinformed me saying that he could easily work out the remote work and I would only come in for events. After I passed coding test he took me in for second interview and said they wanted to make me an offer. Then he pretty much ghosted me until I kept emailing me and said that they wanted everyone to go to the office . A real bait and switch and a lot of playing games. Avoid wasting your time at this company. I also believe my salary expectations were too high for them. It seems they want everything for nothing like a few other local companies in Charlotte area.

Interview
This was a multi-stage in-depth process. They were very up front and transparent about the process from the very beginning. The various stages of the process made sense. The first step was an introductory call. The second was a deep dive into my professional background. Third was an online assessment. Fourth a sample web project. And last, a review of the project and a review of my technical background.
