Pretty standard interview. The process took 2 weeks. I met with the Chicago Billing manager and supervisors and then a video interview with the firm wide billing manager based in New York. All seemed pretty enthusiastic about the company and their position. There was an excel and typing test administered. I ACED the excel portion. The HR person allowed me to retake the typing portion to increase my WPM. (Guess it was my nerves)

You first contact is phone interview with recruiter. Your initial in person interview is with HR first. Then you're interviewed with multiple managers at one time. They do an excellent job of setting everything up.
