I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kirlin (Rockville, MD)
Interview
It was intense, but the job skills are simple, it was more of a psychological test to see what I was made of. The questions were along the lines of: do you feel lucky; have you ever fired someone; how do you deal with someone yelling at you, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kirlin (Rockville, MD) in Apr 2013
Interview
You get a call from HR who sets up a day long interview with people selected from the division you are applying to. Each interviewer gets 45 minutes to ask questions and let you ask some as well.
My interview ran into their lunch time, so the people scheduled to interview me were half hour late and I sat in the conference room. They didn't respect my time and my opinion of this company began to sour right away.
