It was a nice experience overall. Interviewing panel and HR team were professional and ensured a smooth interviewing experience. I would highly recommend to have a conversation as its a nice company to work with.

The interview for me had 3 rounds. First round had self introduction and then discussion about my technical proficiency. It had a data model design question where I was required to build the data model for the given use case on demand via screen share. It went for about 45 minutes. Once selected, I was shared a requirement document for building an Application using the kissflow tool as an assignment. They gave upto a week's time to complete all the requirements listed on it. The second round was to present our solution with the interview panel via screen share and explain the technical questions out of it and how we designed the solution. It was more of technical round. It went for about 50 minutes. Once selected in it, the third round was the culture round which was new to me. It tests the person as a whole on their mindset and perspective about everything. There are no right or wrong answers. It lasted for more than 60 mins for me. It took about 4 days to know the results of 3rd round and finally I had cleared the interview process to proceed further on getting an offer at Kissflow. The overall interview process took about 25 days from start to end. The HR (Varsha) was very supportive in each step by communicating on the next steps.
