Standard interview process: 3-5 people interview separately and ask you about your work experience. Over all its fairly easy and casual. Know standard RCA invitation tools and answer a few scenario questions.

How do you manage working with some that has a difficult personality?
Applied online and got a phone call from the recruiter within a week for an initial phone screening. A week later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The onsite interview was four interview panels, thirty minutes each. Questions, for the most part, were all behavioral. Know enough about the company and what they do.

Interview process was very good. Everyone was very professional and informative. It was going over my background and the requirements of the position. Overall, I would say it was very good and would recommend to others.

Interview
I was referred by an employee. I was contacted by HR (Ben Wolff) and he was a delight the entire process. He was very passionate and well spoken about the company. The whole interview process took about 4 weeks (5 if you include the holiday shutdown, but I don't count that). I had a video interview with the hiring manager who asked questions about my experience and interest in Kite. I then had a video interview with the team I would be working with, and other cross collaborative teams. Overall, it was a great interview process.
