Six plus months of interviews, panel interviews and three PPT presentations. I suspect that the leadership team isn't sure of what they are looking for. Indecisive throughout. At one point, they canceled the interview at the last minute.
I had numerous panel interviews, gave them three separate presentations - 1) overview of the industry 2) strategy on their two key products 3) basic tech training on their products for new employees. Most extensive interview process I had ever been through. Overkill. A sign that they may be difficult to work for. My enthusiasm for their company waned by month 4. It became ridiculous.
