I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kitman Labs (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2023
Interview
Interview process was quite simple. 1 HR call, 1 tech lead screening call and one tech test containing 3 calls, tech test, architecture discussion and PM call. There was supposed to be one more call, offer stage, but they scheduled it, then canceled saying it will be rescheduled and never did. When asked them what is the status, they said next day i'll get new invite. Never arrived. I did one more follow up saying i also have other interviews, and they never replied.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kitman Labs (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2017
Interview
Spent a good amount of time in two code projects in Ruby/Rails, with all the tests and good practices. Then I was called for an informal chat in a cafe which was really well in my opinion. Then I was called for an in-site interview which took long 4 hours.
I left the interview confident because I felt I went well overall, but I got surprised to get a "No", with not much detail on why I was declined. The only details I got was a vague "they were looking for a more senior dev". I'm okay receiving No, but after spending so much time and effort in a long interview process, I would like to know more details on what I didn't do well.
My best guess is that the whiteboard exercise didn't go as good as they expected. I would be happy to know if that was the case so I could improve on it.

Questions about OO, Ruby, Rails, Database, Page Optimisation, SQL.
