The three tier hiring process is long but thoughtful. Had two separate 75 min interviews on technical skills and company culture. Also had a presentation to the company. After each step, you are somewhat required to send a reflection to an employee you will be corresponding with throughout the process. Also, their theory is that they hire based on the right fit and not exactly for a person to fill a position.

Interview process was perfect as you were able to talk to people with diverse professional backgrounds. The reflection process after each interview/talk gave you a great opportunity to evaluate yourself if this company is a fit for your background and future career growth. Had a great time talking to at least 10 people from different offices and learned their opinions on what to/not to expect regarding the culture, value, and even daily life. The only thing that could be improved is the timeline, as it took me almost three months to finish all three tiers of interviews, but again, still a very rewarding process.
