      Graduate Engineer Interview

      30 Sept 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kiwi Power (London, England) in Sept 2016

      Interview

I was invited to an interview for this graduate role and when I arrived on the day of the interview, I realised it was more an assessment centre process than in actual one-by-one interview. All the candidates were actually surprised (7 persons at the same time). Initially, we all entered in a room where we were presented the general overview of the company and we filled a hard copy test for 20 minutes. Then they took us a tour within the company's infrastructure to explain us which part was what. Finally, I had a one-by-one interview.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

There were specific questions about my CV, and how it is related with the exact role.

      Question 2

Tell me how you see yourself in 10 years time.
