The interviews were lengthy, and the first two were very friendly. However, the last interview, even though it was scheduled a week in advance, was like I surprised them walking in. They were unready. The team looks nice from a customer success level however what they put you through as far as interview process for a job that should be paying more and then make you do a demonstration of their own product in front of an entire team could be beneficial for them if they paid attention.... the people interviewing, I could see on their phones or not even looking. It was kind of hard to believe after all the time I spent. I was a direct match to what they were looking for, and even overmatched based on my experience, I had not only utilized every single program they needed, but was willing to take a pay cut to work for them.
The worst part of it? "we need this job filled yesterday. You will be contacted within a week if not a few days...." How about spending two interviews over the phone and online video, and then going in for a 3 1/2 hour interview to not receive a word back? That is unprofessionalism at its finest. They make you prepare for a presentation for a demonstration on the product for their team who doesn't pay attention so overall, the process I the candidate put in was well over 15 hours of preparation and interviewing. This is all to not receive a word back? All you have to do is look at the interview reviews, the trust pilot reviews(not the ones they pay for), and the glass door reviews that are actually being honest to see this is not the company you're gonna find joy in working for or honesty. I mean to start, it is a Robodialer company posing as a high-tech AI software as a service..... just avoid and
