Some behavioural questions in between. - Live coding exercise involving. I got the required task done. I do however think that the interviewer leading it could use more training on how to conduct interviews. Some unnecessary comments were made here and there. They did not seem to care about making me comfortable in the interview and setting the right tone, which is something that really good interviewers do. It would have been such an unpleasant experience for someone nervous or stressed about the interview. The other thing I'd like to note is that it would have been much nicer to have the coding exercise be in relation with what the company does, rather than a seemingly random exercise. This is feedback that I would have liked to deliver directly to Klara if they had cared enough to actually email me back after the interview. I never heard back form them. That was one month ago. If I had spent hours arranging and preparing for these interviews, the least you can do is take 30 seconds to update me on the hiring process.
