I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP (Portland, OR) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was about 45 minutes and consisted of a relatively casual back and forth with the director the IT department. I was surprised at the informal feeling, and the interviewer was very upfront with the fact that this would be the first interview in a longer process if they decided to move forward. I was not offered the position, and did not hear back until about a month later when (I presume) they filled the position.

Question 1
What experience do you have working with different levels of staff from very high up (managing partner) to intern?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP (Portland, OR) in June 2014
Interview
Straight forward, comfortable, not aggressive. I felt like I could be myself and open up, and really have a dialogue with management about the position, and whether I was the right fit for them, and if they were the right fit for me. They like to hire people for the long term, you're not just a number.
I interviewed at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP (Portland, OR) in Sept 2011
Interview
Separate interviews with HR and department that position fell into. The department interview was a group interview and included other project assistants, paralegals, and attorneys. The interviewers were very sharp, but not too aggressive. Overall it was a comfortable and professional interview experience. Office environment was office casual, and all the people were friendly.
