For Indians they promice for contractual job. i.e company doesn't own you and you are a kind of customer to them. So you won't get any medical coverage, no leaves. You will be paid for hours you work. No concept of paid leaves or any other benefit. After all this, compensation they offer is really thoughtless. 1st round , modern c++ focused , 1Hr long 2nd round, knowing each other, 3 Hr long !!! 3rd round, technical C++ and other, 30 min 4th round, salary discussion And here you come to know, they want you to offer same compensation what you are already getting!!! Company plans to hire international talent, but has agreed old perception of Indians, which results into such behaviour. Indians stay away from these guys.
