I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klaviyo (Boston, MA)
Interview
There was one round of a qualifying interview, two rounds of video interviews, and a take-home assignment on how you would onboard a new Klaviyo client and assess their needs.

Overall pretty good process, learned a lot but also felt like a lot of effort to go through and jump through hoops to just be turned down. Would be interesting to know how many per round is made to do the case study / presentation.
