They seem a bit unorganized, with young leadership. Everyone I talked to has been there less than 6 months. There was a take home assignment which was very vague with the ask. I almost didn’t do it because it was two paragraphs of explanation with little to no guidance leaving lots of room for interpretation. I say run from this leadership org.
