A lengthy process. 30 minutes with a recruiter, 30 minutes with the hiring manager and then a panel consisting of 4 more 30 minute interviews. 3 of these were OK. 1 of these was an impatient, gestapo style “behavioural” grilling by a “director” who didn’t know very much about enablement, There would have been several more rounds had I not thankfully been rejected at this stage. I think I would have lost the will to live. I don’t know who they think they are that they have such a crazy interview philosophy.
