I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klaviyo
Interview
Applied online through internal referral. Contacted same day by recruiter who was very clear about the interview process, salary, etc. Best recruiter I've ever worked with. Super responsive the whole way through and after each round, would hear back same day if I made it to the next round or, unfortunately at the end, they decided to pass on me. Overall, the interview process was too much in my opinion for an entry level role and was ultimately passed on because I didn't have enough UX experience despite that not being in the job requirements. Not disappointed as that's not what I would have wanted anyways, but glad it was ironed out in the process.

Question 1
Design an app around what to wear depending on the weather
Interview scheduling was swift, with initial Recruiter call being pleasant. When meeting with the Hiring Manager, was pressed on how much work I did versus the team I was on. There were specific questions related to the role and projects, and a brief overview of the company and team.

Question 1
How much functional work were you a part of versus managing the team that did the work?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klaviyo (Boston, MA) in May 2025
Interview
The interview started with some small talk to build rapport. Then they asked me questions about my background and past projects. They also shared details about the position responsibilities, expectations, and their team structure. Overall, it felt more like an introductory screening than a deep technical interview.
