There was no phone interview, only an in person interview that was arranged through email. There were three people interviewing me as a panel, two engineers and someone from HR. I heard later that the delivery manager interviewed some of the engineers who were applying for the same internship. The interview lasted a few hours and then they dismissed me. They called me about 4 hours later with an offer.
