first interview with human resources, it was a quick interview just getting to know you. it lasted about 20 minutes or so. also, as part of the process, you are supposed to complete an assessment which is like an aptitude test.

Step one: Screening.
Step two: With Director. Standard questions. (STAR). Didn't make it to round two as some of my skills slightly differed, I use Adobe and they use Figma. Apparenly my skills won't transfer. I felt I had a better shot based on how it went.
The interview process included three rounds and moved quickly while still allowing time for meaningful conversations. It felt personable, well-organized, and genuinely aligned with the company’s culture, values, and overall mission, creating a positive and authentic experience throughout.
