      Caregiver, CNA Interview

      29 May 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Seattle, WA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kline Galland (Seattle, WA) in July 2022

      Interview

The interview process was long but overall worth it. You’ll be set up with a date and time a then come in and be interviewed by 2 people together. They really wanted to make sure hat the people they employe care about their jobs past the pay. I feel like they asked the best questions and really wanted to get to know the candidate as a person 1st, worker 2nd, and I appreciated that.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What I did on my spare time? Have I ever cared for anyone before that was family? How do you deal with a combative patient? How do you deal with unhappy family members?
