I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Klue in Mar 2025
Interview
Reached out (after many months from the initial application) and went through a tech screen, manager screen, and a system design round. Questions were pretty straightforward, but technical interviewers were pretty abrasive (likes to interrupt you and "correct" you non stop), overall a pretty bad experience

Interview
I applied online and was scheduled for an initial screening interview with HR. I was invited to ask questions to get to know the company but the interviewer was all over the place and kept going on tangents. I didn't come out of the interview feeling like she had addressed my questions and I couldn't get a feel for the company other than that they're in a high growth phase so things possibly aren't very organized. I ended up accepting an offer at a different company but noticed there was no follow up after the initial interview at Klue despite being told the next steps. It's been nearly a month so I assume I've been ghosted. They have a really compelling product and it seemed like an exciting place to work but the correspondence with the HR contact left a really poor impression that I'm not sure I'd consider them again in the future.

Question 1
How do you keep up to date on the latest technologies?
First of all, thank you for your time and your consideration of Klue - we really appreciate it. I also want to thank you for sharing this candid feedback with us as it gives us a window into how to better set expectations in our interviews and how to communicate more clearly. We realize the process has room to be tightened up as we are not only growing out our larger team but our people processes and we are working on streamlining things to enable us to scale. Thank you!
