It was an individual interview where they asked about why I wanted to work at kmart, talked a bit about myself and my availability. Very standard and basic interview questions

The interview process was okay and the questions were good, they were a lot of STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Response) questions involved in the interview process which I would highly recommend preparing for.
