The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kmart in June 2010
Interview
At first glance the human resources seems kinda quirky, throughout the interview process he just got more and more annoying , he took almost 3 weeks to call me for orientation then another 4 weeks to setup an appointment or orientation. the environment was very unprofessional and messy . I can remember the exact questions but i think they were something to the effect of " when was the last time you were put into a difficult situation with friends or family?" "what was the greatest challenge you have faced in your life?"

It was mostly online, and about an hour long. You have to fill out a lot of questions about how you feel about topics (mostly pertaining to work ethic and integrity) along a spectrum. Then you do a video-game like interview where you pretend to interact with customers. Finally, you interview in person.
