Applied online. Don't remember how long it took, but it couldn't have been too long to hear back from them. Called in for an interview. Answered basic questions about customer service, attendance, etc. Nothing unexpected. Just normal interview questions. After hiring, told to watch hours of training videos, which were on VHS.

There really wasn't any difficult questions. Just the basic interview questions.
The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Why do you want to work at Kmart?
What do you know about Kmart?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
It was like your regular sales associate interview about yourself and what will you do in certain situations whatever blah blah. This review isn't real because I wanted research a company that I wanted to know so jokes on you.
