Interview
It took about a week from when I applied to when I got an offer. I applied through sears.com and had to take an assessment and did the retail simulation. I got a call a couple days later to come in for an interview. The interview was very easy, no behavioral questions. Just asked my availability, what did iI do at previous jobs, what are my career goals, why am I applying. I got an email a couple hours later with a job offer. When I accepted I got an email with info on where to take a drug test.

Interview
I was guided to a small windowless room in the back with a women with a very annoying voice. I was asked basic questions, but I was forced into the job. The interview process wasn't an interview; I was being told what the job was like and my pay and the general rules, but I was "forced" into accepting the job.
