The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.

Interview
The interview was straightforward, just going over housekeeping details like your tax status. They will hire almost anyone, even convicted felons. They do try hard to work with your skills and past experience and put you in a department you are suited to, if not you will probably remain a cashier indefinitely.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Why do you want to work at Kmart?
What do you know about Kmart?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
It was like your regular sales associate interview about yourself and what will you do in certain situations whatever blah blah. This review isn't real because I wanted research a company that I wanted to know so jokes on you.
