45 minute interview very much based off of my resume. 15 minutes was the recruiter asking me questions, the rest was me asking questions to the recruiter/the recruiter explaining the company. Role was eliminated shortly after I interviewed.

Interview
The interview process consisted of HR, the Hiring Manager, and a Technical Interview. Everything up to a technical part was fair, while they were prolonging the interview lingering it more than they should. I was not told what to prepare and which IDE to have installed. Was asked questions being expected to know someone else's code by seeing it first-time. The only pressure was from not knowing what to expect, they were causal, but expected a lot.

Senior Recruiter reached out to me based on my current job experience.
I actually had not applied. Scheduled a 30 min interview. They had a really poor review on Glass door. I was a bit skeptical but took the interview anyways. Typical review of my past history, accomplishments, result orientated interview. As I was experienced in the role, the answers came naturally to me. What was achieved, how did you achieve it, How did you measure results. They record the interview, and share with balance of interview team, which may not enable your to get a second interview if they are looking for DEI requirements. It seems they have people working for them all over North America. Sunday Night recruiter reached out to me online, and indicated they will not be moving forward with my application, I immediately responded with some request for feedback as I met all requirements, as they reached out to me. I immediately was ghosted Perhaps a reflection of their poor glassdoor rating. They may have been fishing for free consulting or ideas.
