I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Knighted Ventures (Jacksonville, FL) in Apr 2016
Interview
I found the ad on Craigslist for the job. The interview consisted of taking a math assessment and a few questions about myself. The second interview consisted of learning the rules for some of the games the company banks. Three card and one card poker is what the second interviewer assessed. If you passed you were hired.

Question 1
What would you do in a situation when money is involved and your integrity is tested?
Three phases. First was a group interview going over responsibilities and logistics including expected wardrobe, then brief math quiz to demonstrate expectations for on the job mental math. Then they reached out to schedule a second interview time. I know there's three in all, but I didn't go through with the process
Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.

Interview
About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.
