Interview
The recruiters work really fast on this process. I had a phone interview on a Wednesday, in-person the next day, and I was hired by Friday.
The in-person interview included an aptitude test with google sheets, LinkedIn, and a sales territory map. It was all very basic, but timed, and the tasks were there to test your attention to detail.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted via email later that day by an HR representative asking some questions regarding why I was interested in the role and why I would be a good fit for this position / company. The next day I had a phone interview with her and discussed my background and information regarding the position I applied for. I was then asked to complete 3 online assessments- 2 were timed and were more IQ / aptitude tests and the 3rd was untimed and was more of a personality test. After I completed the assessments, I was requested to come in for a face-to-face interview and an excel / google sheet assessment. When I arrived at the office for my interview, I was given a laptop and instructions for my excel assessment which turned out to be very basic and easy. After finishing, I interviewed with a couple people in HR as well as the department head of the team I was applying for. I was made an offer by the end of the interview pending a professional reference check (they seem to really hold professional references as high importance when making an official job offer. They won't move forward unless they can speak to two professional references- preferably one would be a prior supervisor or manager). After they checked my references, I was officially offered the job and signed the offer letter the following day.
They really want to make sure you will enjoy this position. They are very transparent because they want people to be happy in their positions.

Interview
A few hours after I submitted my resume I was called to schedule a day to come in and get some assessments done. The next working day I came in for the aptitude test, IQ test, and personality test. The following day, after the results came in, I was asked to come back in to meet with the CFO later that afternoon. That same afternoon I was signing the offer letter.
